Canon My absolute fav ship with Rena is KeiMiiRena, and I'm willing to switch between playing her between them (i.e. they are poly couple but it might just be Rena and Keiichi or Rena and Mion in the moment) or both at the same time (though I can only offer to play Rena sorry). I also like Keiichi/Rena, Shion/Rena, Mion/Rena, & Satoshi/Rena. I won't ship with anyone else from the series at this time.
Cross Canon
I play Rena as bisexual with a strong preference for women but open to men, non-binary, and agender individuals. I only ask the character to be between 18-21 for my own comfort levels. I can play her at an earlier canon point for shipping purposes (but not smut). I also have her at a canonpoint (bad end from anime adaptation of Tsumihoroboshi-hen) where she is 36. Ask if you're interested in playing with her because she's a much different character than the usual Rena.Generally Rena is into anyone she thinks is cute. What exactly makes someone cute to her? It varies wildly haha. But she does like strong personalities that she can bounce off of.
Dating Rena is an extremely caring, loving girlfriend. She has no issues with PDA, though it might be fun to try to make her blush. She easily conforms to her partner almost to a fault at times (which feel free to call her out on that if it becomes an issue). Her partners should be ready to be spoiled as hell by her.
Rena would be okay with open and/or poly relationships. If her partner prefers monogamy she's more than okay with that too! All she really wants is good communication!

Canon I am down to ship with almost every girl from Magia Record! Konomi doesn't have a canon girlfriend or crush, but my favorite ships with her are Kyoko/Konomi & Kanagi/Konomi.

I love shipping with other magical girls/magic users, but it's far from a requirement. Generally, she's attracted to people with strong personalities who like to take charge as she easily gets bashful around that type.
Dating Whoever she's dating or hooking up with should be ready for her sometime struggle with the dark truth about magical girls (spoilers) but also to be absolutely spoiled with flowers.
